"The vessel I manage in Stuart, Florida recently developed a Bow Thruster Problem. I called and scheduled Interface Marine to come and assist me in troubleshooting why the Bow Thruster was not operating properly and Rick the owner showed up and was able to confirm that I had a Shear Pin behind the propeller that had snapped. He was able to supply the pin I needed and suggested that I contact Maximum Diver Service to come and replace the pin in the water.
